Orders are processed and prepared from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 3pm and dispatch after 3pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm will not be delivered the next day. All the shipping is done by courier on a Standard Next Working Day delivery service (not guaranteed).  If you place your order on Monday (before 3pm) for example, you will receive it on Tuesday, unless something unexpected happens with the courier service.

We do not deliver on Saturdays, so to avoid orders sitting in the courier's depot over the weekend, we do not ship orders containing chilled or frozen food on Fridays.

There must be someone at the address to receive the products. If there's no one in, the courier will leave a card and they will try to redeliver the next working day. After 2 attempts the order will come back to us and any re-delivery will be charged. 

You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and solve the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
