Dulce de Leche San Ignacio ® is the traditional Argentine recipe of simmering milk and sugar. Made with refined cane sugar combined with the purest full fat milk from cows that graze freely the Argentine Pampas. Dulce de Leche is extremely versatile and suitable for many different uses: spread it on toast, biscuits, pancakes, wafers, tarts. Fill your muffins, puff pastries, croissants, breads, crepes and donuts or blend it to create cheesecakes, puddings, creams, banoffee pies and creme caramel. Pour it warm on cream cakes, ice cream or on Tiramisu or swirl it into an ice cream as a ripple.
