ONLINE SHOP'S OPENING TIMES DURING CHRISTMAS

Last order online before Christmas guaranteed: Thursday 19th before 14:30 to be deliver on Friday 20th of December 2019.

Friday 20th before 14:30 ONLY AMBIENT FOOD (NOT INCLUDED CHILL OR FROZEN PRODUCE) to be delivered on Monday 23rd of December 2019.

Monday 23rd Open for Customer Service only from 9:00 to 17:00 - We will not dispatch any order during that day.

Friday 27th We will dispatch all orders received from Friday 20th after 14:30 to Friday 27th before 14:30 ONLY AMBIENT FOOD (NOT INCLUDED CHILL OR FROZEN PRODUCE) to be delivered on Monday 30th of December 2019.

All orders containing Chilled and or Frozen food received from Thursday 19th after 14:30 and up to Thursday 2nd of January 2020 before 14:30 will be process and dispatched to be delivered on Friday 3rd of January 2020, except for orders to be delivered to Scotland.

Those orders will be processed and dispatched on Monday 6th of January 2020 to be delivered on Tuesday 7th January 2020. We will be open as usual as per Monday 6th of January 2020.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and prepared Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 14:30.

Only orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 14:30 are processed and dispatched the same day and delivered the following day.

Please note that we do not offer a delivery service over the weekend and Bank Holidays, so orders containing chilled or frozen food will not be dispatched on Friday, but they will be processed and dispatched on Monday or the day after a Bank Holiday.

DELIVERY SERVICES

All the shipping is done by courier on a Standard Delivery Service which may take up to 2 working days to reach you.  If you place your order on Monday (before 14:30) for example, you will receive it by Wednesday.

We do offer Next Day Delivery Service:

Next Day Before 12.30- £ 3.50 + Standard Delivery Fees

Next Day Before 10:30- £ 8.50 + Standard Delivery Fees

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

THERE MUST BE SOMEONE HOME TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL.

In the event that nobody is available to take delivery of your order, due to the nature of our perishable produce, the driver won't be able to take the parcel back and will have to leave the parcel in a safe location, in which case Casa Argentina disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.

When placing your order, please leave any useful information to pass to the driver to simplify your delivery.

If the driver is unable to deliver your parcel, we’ll send you an email with the contact number to call to rearrange the delivery.

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF THE GOODS WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.

You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and solve the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
