How to make the Perfect Chocotorta
Traditional Argentine Cake (no bake)
INGREDIENTS
For filling
1 Jar of Dulce de Leche Havanna x 450g
1 Pack of cream cheese
For Crust
3 Packs of "Chocolinas"
Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
1. Mix the Dulce de Leche and Cream cheese until it's smooth. Reserve
Step 2
1. Pour the Milk into a bowl.
Step 3
1. Soak each chocolate biscuit in the milk and place in a rectangular tray until you form a layer
that covers the surface. After one layer of "Chocolinas" spread a thick layer of the Dulce de
Leche/Cream cheese mix.
Step 4
1. Continue layering the biscuits and mix until you finish the packs of biscuits.
Step 5
1. Finish with a layer of the Dulce de Leche/Cream cheese mix
Step 6
1. Place cake in the fridge for at least one hour
Optional
1. Sprinkle chocolate chips or grated coconut on top
