ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and prepared Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 14:30.

Only orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 14:30 are processed and dispatched the same day and delivered the following working  day.

Please note that we do not offer a delivery service over the weekend and Bank Holidays, so orders containing chilled or frozen food will not be dispatched on Friday, but they will be processed and dispatched on Monday or the day after a Bank Holiday.

DELIVERY SERVICES

All the shipping is done by courier on a Standard Next Working Day Delivery Service. 

If you place your order on Monday (before 14:30) for example, you should receive it on Tuesday.

We do offer Timed Next Working Day Delivery Service:

Next Working Day Before 12.30- £ 3.50 + Standard Delivery Fees

Next Working Day Before 10:30- £ 8.50 + Standard Delivery Fees

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

THERE MUST BE SOMEONE HOME TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL.

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF THE GOODS WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.

In the event that nobody is available to take delivery of your order, due to the nature of our perishable produce, the driver won't be able to take the parcel back and will have to leave the parcel in a safe location, in which case Casa Argentina disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.

When placing your order, please leave any useful information to pass to the driver to simplify your delivery ( mobile number, safe location, building's entry code, gate entry code etc.)

If the driver is unable to deliver your parcel, we’ll send you an email with the contact number to call to rearrange the delivery.

In case even the second delivery attempt is usuccessfull, it will be your responsibility to collect the goods from the courier's depot or rearrange the delivery for an extra fee.

You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and solve the problem.

Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

We won't be able to issue a refund for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions or major road accidents.
